- 11.5 oz. tonnarelli (fresh, or dried spaghetti)
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 cups boiling water (or exceptionally hot tap water)
- 3.5 oz. Cacio de Roma (finely grated, ideally the cheese should be the semi-soft sheep’s cheese from Lazio called Cacio de Roma, but if this is hard to find use pecorino Romano or Parmigiano-Reggiano instead)

Very delicious and though I thought was lacking cheese I was mistaken, best meal in a long time!

Very tasty! I used more pepper and added grilled chicken. This is definitely one I will be makimg again.

we added fresh parsley, fresh basil, pressed garlic, chopped shallots, and kielbasa(pretty sure you can add any protein of choice)...it was wonderful!
