I have made this many times and it is a hit with the entire family. Super easy to whip up for dinner after a long day and you just don’t feel like cooking. Use real butter and pecorino cheese, it makes all the difference. Coats the pasta like a heavy cream sauce. I prefer to use a thick spaghetti or bucatini for this recipe.

It was ok. Gonna have to try it again. I always do before a final judgement

I like to follow the directions to a T the first time, but I didn't have Pecorino, so I broke that rule! I used an Italian blend plus a little extra Parmesan. Next time I will probably add another 1/3 cup of Italian blend cheese and more salt and pepper, more along the "lots of it" line. My family enjoyed it and it is SO easy to make!

Italian comfort food at its best! The flavor was creamy without the heaviness and the more pepper you add the better, definitely use fresh pepper and grind it as needed.

Quick, easy and tasty. I used a lemon olive oil, added a nice touch of extra flavor.

This was ok, I dont think I would make it again. Noodles were a little dry? However the Romano cheese was tasty.

Made this for dinner tonight. It was a hit with the entire family; it is similar to simple buttered noodles, which the .kids love, but a big enough "step above" so that it doesn't feel like we're eating kid food. Easy & quick to make, the recipe is spot on.
Next time I might try some truffle oil in place of the olive oil (not that there was anything wrong with the olive oil!) just to see how that comes out.
