Excellent! I used 1/2 vidalia and 1/2 yellow onion and added some chopped spinach. I will definitely make this soup again!

We added leeks, and didn't use as much cabbage that the recipe called for. We also cut the cabbage into strips, and then even smaller. Great recipe, we will make this again!
