Made tonight. Delicious! Even the kids loved it. Sopped up the broth with some buttered French bread. Yum

This recipe was so easy to make. I love cabbage and it is a great way to use it. The creaminess that the cream of celery soup adds is great. Small downside is that the packaged smoke sausage comes in 12 & 14 oz. not 1lb. I think you could do 1.5lbs. I love sausage but it will up the calories. Also an easy recipe to save calories. You could cut down on a potato, use turkey smoked sausage, drain the fat after cooking the meat, onion, and carrots, and use low or no fat cream of celery soup. If you really like celery you can add that as well. Yummy winter stew!
