- 1 orange bell pepper (or yellow, or 5-6 mini peppers)

- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 lemon (small)
- 3 sunflower oil (Тbsp, olive oil works too but sunflower is better)
- 1 mayo (Тbsp)
- 1 sour cream (Тbsp)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or use 1 tsp of garlic salt instead of garlic powder and salt)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 dill (heaping Тbsp, fresh or frozen)
- 2 parsley (heaping Тbsp, optional)
