Delicious. I added toasted almonds, cilantro and shredded carrot. I also used green onion in place of the yellow onion.

Wonderful. I should have given 5 stars but I tweaked the recipe based on what I had here and my cravings right now. I added chopped fresh Cilantro. I used green onion instead of yellow. Added toasted sliced almonds and red grapes cut in half. Will serve on butter lettuce with sliced cucumbers and shredded carrots. In my rotation! Thank you so much!

i love this curried chicken salad! I've made it several times. I often add almond slices and sometimes yellow raisins.
