Well i'll start off with its not a 45 minute recipe which is why I picked it. Its very g9od i guess if i cooked it longer thw flavours would obsorb more, but we are making gravy with it anyways.

Very tasty! Added a bunch of my favorite dry spices and cooked it for 20 hours in the crock pot.

It was nice a tender and juicy. Would have preferred a more savory than sweet taste. But that just a personal preference. Still a very good dish for the family
