- 6 pork chops (I used bone in but you could use boneless)
- 1/2 head cabbage (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 green pepper (seeded and cut in rings)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion (could use regular onion)
- 4 oz. mushroom (pieces, drained)
- 24 oz. spaghetti sauce (your favorite, I used Ragu Chunky Tomato, Garlic and Onion)
