- 2 cups kombucha (lemon, add en0ugh to make it a pancake batter style consistency)

- 1 liter oil (for Frying)
- 2 lemons (Juice & Zest)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 1 pinch dried chilli
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour (Mixed with 4tbs Water)
- 1 onion (quartered)
- 1/2 head broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 red pepper (sliced fine)
- 5 spring onion (cut into 2cm pieces)
- 1 carrot (peeled and sliced fine)
- 2 pak choi (quartered)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- cashew nuts (Toasted)

Delicious, had super tart lemons that could have done with some soy sauce to balance out,but overall bangin'
