Wow! I don’t know how this gem of a recipe doesn’t have any reviews yet. This turned out AMAZING!!! The only buffet in our town that use to serve creamy coconut shrimp closed down years ago and I have missed it so this is a real treat and even better! Recipe is perfect! Thank you so much!
