This recipe turned out great! I used a cast iron skillet and added a couple minor steps at end, i.e., stirred the potatoes in the skillet, dotted the top with a little salt-free butter, and put it under the burner for a few minutes (only because we like the potatoes a lightly crispy). Thx for sharing this recipe!
