Turned out really well. I struggled with the mix that was supposed to layer the cinnamon with so the sugar was quite a lot at the top.
I used cooking oil instead of butter! Very tasty! The moisture balance waa great!

Never read that it makes two loaf pans worth. Next time will try to cut it in half and see how it goes!
