  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons milk (non-dairy)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 avocadoes (medium, ripe, pitted and peeled)
  • 1/2 cup light agave nectar
  • 1/3 cup milk (non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (I used raw cacao for the deep, almost bitter chocolate taste)
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (melted)
