- 2/3 cup self raising flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup pecans (roughly chopped, can you walnuts, macadamias etc)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease 17cm square tin and line the base with baking paper hanging over two opposite sides.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Cool slightly.
