It would be better if they gave the weight of the chicken rather than the number of breasts. It is a great recipe but I think because the breasts we used were too big (yeah I know this reads interestingly), it wasn’t as cooked through as it should have been after an hour. No one wants raw chicken. After it was fully cooked (70 minutes cooked), the family devoured it. Will cook again, just make sure to double check that the internal temp is high enough. Also, consider adding garlic cause that always is a nice touch :)
