Description
Pre prep Smoothie by freezing first 7 ingredients in quart Ziplock bag. Add remaining ingredients in blender on day of prep.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 3 Tbsp. chopped almonds
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed (or ground chia)
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder (or Collagen)
- stevia (to taste)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves (organic, or 1 scoop New Greens)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened, plain)
- 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (canned)
- 2 eggs (farm fresh, optional)
- ice cubes

Directions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and add approximately ½ a cup of water to create desired consistency. Process until smooth and then serve immediately.
