- 2 sheets nori (dried seaweed)
- 2 cups sushi rice (prepared, medium grain white rice)
- 4 oz. extra firm tofu (I used a marinated baked version, cut into thin slices)
- 1/4 cucumber (a medium, cut into thin matchsticks)
- 1/4 red bell pepper (cut into thin matchsticks)
- 1 small carrot (peeled and cut into thin matchsticks)
- 2 green onions (green part only)
- 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
- spicy mayo (for serving)

massive trouble finding ingredients. more my fault than anything but had to look up separate recipe for rice. then messed up the crumbs (not the best chef) however ended up with a sushi looking fish but the flavor in the end just wasnt what i thought it would be. Not a bad first sushi dish but not sushi, and unfortunately the dish i created at least wasnt that tasty either.
