- 1 graham cracker (pack, / or any type of ready made canopy)
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1/2 bunch fresh mint (chopped)
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
- salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 edible flowers (and leaves, dill, rose marry, sweet basil, or any edible leaves which are easily available, optional)

Directions
- Place each Graham Cracker / or ready made canopy on plate.
- Now in a bowl combine together hung curd, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chopped mint and cilantro.
- Place this mixture on top of graham cracker and garnish with fresh edible flowers.
