Fantastic! What a big hit it was!! I used frozen corn due to the season and it was amazing! I can’t wait to make it with corn on the Cobb per the recipe. I bet it will be out of this world!The recipe as is is spot on… no changes needed. Pai loved it too! 💕

SO easy! The spices are an absolute perfect mixture for added flavor. I can see myself making this again and again. Just so darn GOOD!!

The herbs and spices in this recipe make corn taste exceptional. I used about 4 cups of frozen corn, 1/4 cup butter and fresh thyme, parsley and dill from my garden for the herbs. Not a kernel was left.. I'm thinking of mixing the butter, herbs and spices and serving slightly chilled with hot corn on the cob this fall when it's ready. So good!
