I used what I thought was a medium size Spaghetti squash but it yielded SO MUCH. And it’s so filling that I you really only need a little bit to be full. But very delicious overall!

Used less butter and garlic, added a little rosemary and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, and this was delicious!
