I want to eat this all the time! I used a yellow cake mix instead of white and it's excellent.. why can't fat free taste like this?! There are a few different recipes for coffee cake that are easier but I highly recommend that you go ahead and put in the extra effort and make this recipe! You will not regret it.

This was great and easy I only change two things. I doubled the cinnamon but you could do that to your liking and I didn't do the two-step mixing part for the cake I got all my dry ingredients ready in three different bowls the night before so all I had to do was get up in the morning and start putting things together
