- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips

Directions
- Cream together brown sugar, sugar, oleo eggs, hot water.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and add to creamed mixture
- Add the oats, vanilla, chips
- Portion out the mixture onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 min.
