- 200 grams plain flour
- 100 grams unsalted butter (chilled and diced)
- 100 grams cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. ice cold water
- 1 butternut squash (medium)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 200 grams goats cheese (I buy a goat cheese log, it has delicious flavour but not too strong, it is really up to you how cheesy you want them to be, remember with goats cheese a little goes a long way)
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 pinch salt (and good grinding of black pepper)
- 3 basil leaves (torn or dried basil)
- 1 egg (for glazing)
- 1 Tbsp. black onion seeds (Nigella seeds)
