I made it a third time, delicious! Even though it’s tough to cut and peel, it’s worth it! I added 3 tablespoon of butter, as directed and it was so scrumptious!

Learned how to cut butternut squash, you have to have a sharp knife. The squash is difficult to peal but worth it!
