- 1 butternut squash
- 3 Tbsp. French's Classic Yellow Mustard (Sweet)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup crispy fried onions (French's, Caramelized)
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tsp. fresh sage

Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Arrange squash, cut sides down, on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until very tender.
- SCRAPE flesh from squash; In medium bowl mash squash, brown sugar, Mustard and butter. Stir in 1/2 cup Onions, 1/4 cup blue cheese and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
- PLACE squash mixture in 1-quart baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining Onions and blue cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until Onions are golden.
