- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup pasta water (reserved)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary (fresh minced)
- 1 Tbsp. thyme (fresh minced)
- 1 cup fresh basil
- salt (/pepper to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
