  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk (regular or light)
  • 2 tsp. agave nectar
  • 1 butternut squash (Roasted, recipe follows)
  • 2 lb. butternut squash (peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
