I had a butternut squash and I needed to find an easy recipe make and I found it. I made the recipe for dinner and the kitchen sure was smelling good. I was surprised how much this actually made.. I divied it up into 5 servings. It was amazing. I will be making this recipe again and again. I give it a thumbs up.
