- 2 Tbsp. coriander seeds (crushed)
- 400 grams tomatoes (2 x tins, crushed by hand)
- 2 red chillies (split lengthways)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or agave nectar)
- 500 mL water

- 1 bunch coriander (finely chopped)
- 50 grams flaked almonds (roasted, to garnish, optional)
