- 100 grams flaked almonds (/3½oz toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 1 Tbsp. coriander
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 handful coriander (small ,to garnish, optional)
