- 1 piece ginger (diced)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika

- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 75 grams dried apricots (I use unsulphered)
- 1 pepper (sliced)
- 1 courgette (chopped into halves)
- 400 grams chickpeas (can of, drained and rinsed)
- 1 butternut squash (small, roughly 1kg)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (can of)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 600 mL stock

Very nice meal, I dont recall ever having a morrocan dish without cumin before and I was a bit worried how it would turn out. I need not have worried, it was delicious.
