Good guidelines: seems written for those with lots of experience making pasta (e.g. No indication how long to boil the assembled ravioli). Could benefit from more specificity. I tripled this for a potluck I added sautéed shallot and garlic to a homemade butternut purée (I dislike the tinny taste of canned stuff). I used salted butter for the sauce ... and I salted the filling also (my Amerettis were a tad too sweet for my taste). The final product was a smash hit!
