It’s too sweet for us 😔 i automatically put less sugar in everything, so for this recipe, I added only 90g of sugar (instead of 220g!) and yet…
Otherwise, it’s a very easy recipe to follow, the texture of the cake is wonderful, soft, moist. Next time I’ll add much less sugar, maybe none because the squash was already naturally sweet (I made my own puree).
