I had to make a couple of substitutions but it still came out great. I used low sodium chicken broth and 2 medium sized honey crisp apples. I also added a couple pinches of ground ginger.

It came out really good! I added a pinch of thyme only because I love the earthly taste of it and it was delicious! You could also add a bit of cream if you wanted to.

Very good but I had to make modifications due to the vegetable broth I used wasn’t very good. So I put a lot of honey, extra cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne. Also heavy cream which really made it delicious. Blended it in ninja which was great.

Super delicious and easy recipe! I love that it doesn’t have dairy in it yet still tastes super creamy.

It was delicious!! It was simple and tasty. I used my ninja to blend (took three turns). O points on Weight Watchers. Will make again!
