Turned out awesome! I didn't have baby spinach so I used the kale I had on hand (washed and torn into bite sized pieces.

It was delicious, but the butternut squash gets over cooked being in the instant pot that long. Also I had to add more garlic and salt, would use chicken stock instead of water next time.
