These are some of the tastiest waffles I’ve ever had! I used 3/4 tsp of five spice in the batter and they turned out full of flavor and perfect for a cold morning.

These are absolutely the best waffles I have ever eaten. They are very light and fluffy and my whole family loved them. This recipe is definitely a keeper and I will definitely be making these again..

My kids were tired of the Belgian waffle mix that I use, so I tried this and it was a hit.
My only complaint is that I ate two.
Yes, two big round ones. Ugh

A keeper! I’ve been using a Martha Stewart recipe for years and didn’t know if it could be beat. But... I think we have a winner. These have a better consistency and the flavor rivals any breakfast restaurant. Will definitely make again.

I have a new favorite waffle recipe! The waffles were light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Do not skip the step of cooling the butter. Also I decided to warm the buttermilk a bit so as to avoid possibly hardening the butter after adding it. We added chocolate chips and blueberries. Enjoy!

This came out fantastic! Not too dense not too light. I used only one tablespoon of sugar. Perfect! This will be my new go to waffle recipe :)
