- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika (plus extra for sprinkling, I used smoked)
- ground black pepper (Lots of freshly)
- 3 lb. chicken parts (I used 3 thighs and 6 legs)
- olive oil (Drizzle of)
- coarse sea salt (or Flaked, to finish)
- 3 tsp. goose (/duck fat, optional)
- coriander (Chopped, optional, parsley or thyme works well too)

Tender and juicy, this is a new family favorite! My picky eater took one bite and with big eyes said "yum!" We like our food on the spicy side so we added some cayenne the second time around. Perfect!
