    Really easy to make and really taste; reminiscent of a baked cheesecake. I made gluten free pastry and used cornflour instead of flour to make it gluten free. I also replaced the sugar with 60ml maple syrup. Will definitely make again.

    I didn't have as much lemon zest as the recipe requested but it turned out wonderful. This will be my go to pie to impress the family.
