What a great recipe! I used chicken thighs on the grill the marinate added amazing flavor and tenderness. I'll be using this recipe regularly it's that good!

my only complaint is that the skin was rubbery. I put my oven on roadt for 3 minutes to brown it. flavorful and moist.

Roasted at 180 for 80 minutes. Came out soft and juicy. Everyone at the dinner table loved it!
