I thought the amount of baking soda and salt seemed off. It’s delicious but I would double the salt and baking soda next time. I also used half whole wheat flour. Will make again with those changes.

So good! I made this bread tonight!
Two loaves!! Turned out perfect. I also added a handful of currants and chocolate chips. Used 1/2 brown sugar 1/2 white sugar. Will post pics on IG christina_betts

Was the best, moist sweet delicious and baking in 4 small pans is great can freeze and not eat it all
