    These were great! I used basil instead parsley and added some extra salt. I found that smaller (about 1” long) ovals that are flattened while toasting made for a crispier outside. Served with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.

    It was a bit doughy and not so much flavor. The flater they are, the better and serve right away with a bit of Parmesan

    I did not modify except to add pepper. Very good in place of pasta.Creamy and delicious/served with Italian sausage,sauce, frozen Italian vegetables and Italian bread.Was defenitaly a hit.Will make again.
