- 1 Tbsp. bourbon (good-quality, whiskey or dark spiced rum)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. milk (cream or half and half)
- 2 Tbsp. pecans (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (flaky finishing, such as Maldon)
