i did some substitution, of almond flour, and 1/2 sugar 1/2 stevia, and i did add the butter extract, and i used 1/2 heavy cream amd 1/2 sour cream

Wonderful recipe. The crest is like a not to sweet cookie & the filling is so creamy, nutty & flavorful
