- 1 cup dark brown sugar (organic, * regular light or dark brown sugar will work)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 13 oz. full-fat coconut milk (Sub evaporated milk, half to all)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. molasses (optional, added for flavor or use Golden Syrup or honey)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (each black and, for garnish, optional)
