The spices are amazing. The only thing I switched was using tamarind sauce instead of ketchup. Yum!

Great recipe for those who are looking for a classic Indian dish but don’t want to get take out. Really easy and delicious. It doesn’t take much time and you can improvise if needed. Love it!

Mind turned out extremely watery :(. I also was confused about how I was supposed to use the sieve. Sieve the watery part of the tomato sauce into the saucepan? Didn’t seem right so I sieved and use the thicker part in the sauce. Still came out watery! Would love to know what I did wrong.

didnt use water in the recipe and it still came out as soup. cooking time is misleading. Ended up spending an additional hour getting it to reduce to sauce-like levels.

Nice! 😋
I followed it exactly, and it turned out great. Wel, didn't time it to the minute, but, more or less was good enough.
