- 30 oz. butter beans (drained)
- 1 cup organic vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup milk (Unsweetened, unflavored plant, I used almond milk)
- 2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 3 cups organic vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup flour (Choice, gluten-free works well)
- 1 cube vegetable bouillon cube (or 2 teaspoons Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning Sauce)
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
