- 100 grams chocolate (black, cut into chunks)
- 250 grams beets (boiled and finely grated)
- 3 eggs
- 375 grams flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 5 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a deep pan pour the olive oil, honey and chocolate chunks. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate and honey has melted and the mixture has homogenized. Remove from heat.
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Add the beets and stir.
