- 100 grams soy bean sprouts
- 100 grams salad leaves
- 1/4 cucumber
- 2 carrots
- 1 lime
- 4 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 75 mL water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 red chili (optional)
