Delicious! I used a bulgogi marinade from another recipe that's a little bit different than this one, but used this recipe as a guidleine. I cooked mushrooms and kimchi with the bulgogi and topped the sandwich with an egg. I also mixed mayo and bulgogi juice from cooked beef as a sauce for the sandwich. This was like eating a high-end sandwich at an expensive bistro!
