- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz. kimchi (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 red onion (sliced)
- 3 green onions (chiopped)
- shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 500°F
- Tenderize and marinade steak for at least 1 hour
- Cut steak in to small cubes and sautee in pan along with the extra marinade
